  Session Selection & Keywords: Choose from 4 parallel thematic sessions or multiple non-thematic sessions. Non-thematic papers must align with at least 2 of the following keywords: Southeast Asia, South Asia, Northeast Asia, West Asia, Central Asia, North Asia, Asia-Africa, Comparative Research, Mobility, Migration, and Borders.
  
  Abstract Submission: The abstract should be approximately 300 words with 3–5 keywords.
  
  Presentation Type: Applicants must choose their preferred format between Oral or Poster presentation.
  (Please note that the application deadline for Oral presentations has already passed. At this stage, only Poster presentation applications are open, and the deadline is August 15.)
  
  Financial Support: Travel and accommodation aid is awarded on a competitive basis. Selected recipients must submit a 3,000-word working paper, due in October 2025, and agree to participate in an Elsevier book project if requested by the organizers.
  (Please note that financial support is available only to Oral presentation participants and is not applicable to Poster presentation participants.)
  
  Conference Benefits: There is no registration fee for participants. A welcoming banquet, lunch, and coffee will be provided by SNUAC.
